You may be ideal if you have:
- 5 years minimum of hands-on experience crafting enterprise-grade database solutions, including data warehouses and large-scale ETL processes
- Minimum of BA degree in Computer Science or a related field or demonstrates equivalent professional experience.
- Healthcare system experience, especially with claims, member/eligibility, and provider data
- Proficient in Transact-SQL coding with a keen understanding of best practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Snowflake.
- Skilled in writing efficient stored procedures and functions to optimize database performance.
- Experience and proficiency in database design and data modeling.
- Proven track record in developing robust ETL or ELT processes.
- Possesses a positive, self-motivated, and teachable attitude.
- Upholds a high standard of personal integrity and accountability.
- Passionate about software engineering, with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrates a strong passion and aptitude for solving complex problems.
- Experience and proficiency with ALL parts of defining, designing, and implementing scalable, enterprise-class databases or data warehouses.
- Agile or technical certifications and technical documentation skills are attractive
Responsibilities:
- Designing and deploying enterprise-grade SaaS software solutions with precision.
- Conducting thorough system analysis, followed by the development and rigorous testing of software products.
- Leveraging third-party platforms (e.g., applications, APIs) for seamless customization and integration with the company's core products.
- Exhibiting autonomy in tackling intricate software challenges, managing projects from inception to completion.
- Providing mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, imparting invaluable insight into solutioning and coding best practices.
