Job Summary:
The Sr. Director, Client Implementation is a management role responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding and delivery of the Pareo platform to our customers. This role leads a dedicated team of 5-7 Implementation Managers responsible for the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless transitions from sales scoping to go-live. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client implementation, project management, enterprise customer management with Health Plans, and direct or adjacent experience with payment accuracy in the healthcare industry. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience implementing software solutions with a strong product understanding and proven record of building a team that leverages PMO best practices along with a detailed knowledge of the product and solutions they are implementing, to represent our company as subject matter experts and consultants to our best practices. They are responsible for developing and maintaining best practices, fostering strong client relationships and high NPS, and driving continuous improvement in our implementation and delivery processes. This role is a combination of tactical execution and strategic improvements to ensure our processes and team are equipped to scale with the business. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership to ensure client satisfaction and success. This role is critical in driving our mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions while maintaining the highest levels of client service and satisfaction. You may be ideal if you have:
- 7+ years’ experience as an implementation leader.
- 7+ years’ experience in the payment accuracy industry.
- Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or process improvement certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 7+ years’ experience with presenting to large audiences (10 or more individuals to include Customers and Senior Level Executives).
- 7+ years of managing multiple complex projects at any given time with competing priorities and timelines.
- Proven track record of successfully leading client implementation and delivery teams and managing complex projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage the client implementation team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective execution of client projects.
- Full ownership of the end-to-end implementation process, from initial client engagement to go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, delivery, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment of client expectations and project deliverables.
- Be a subject matter expert in our product capabilities and how to implement them to maximize customer value and ROI.
- Develop and maintain implementation best practices, tools, and templates to streamline processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Continually innovate processes and best practices to meet customer, market, and company needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the senior leader and escalation point for all implementation projects.
- Understand the operational models of health plans, vendors, and supporting organizations within the payment accuracy industry, and use that expertise to develop best in class processes.
- Communicate complex information clearly and simply across the organization.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on client implementation and delivery performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to solve challenges and evangelize implementation best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams up to the Executive Leadership Team, and with external clients up to the C-suite.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance our implementation and delivery processes.
