The Training Specialist II will harness the power of the renowned ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to meticulously craft eLearning courses tailored to the organization's needs. This pivotal role encompasses the full spectrum of instructional design, including the creation, refinement, and rollout of diverse learning modalities such as Instructor Led Training (ILT), Web-based Training (WBT), and Technical Job Aids. These resources play a vital role in supporting the seamless implementation of software solutions and driving ClarisHealth’s overarching business strategies. In addition, this role extends beyond content creation to encompass broader responsibilities such LMS administration, conducting learning assessments, generating insightful reports, and maintaining quality standards. Through these multifaceted responsibilities, the Training Specialist II serves as an anchor in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within ClarisHealth.

You may be ideal if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Technology, Education, IOP or related field.
- 3 years minimum in training delivery, and instructional design and proficient in Articulate.
- Background with Camtasia, Vyond or similar experience.
- Possess strong instructional design skills and be capable of both delivering training and providing training to others, while exhibiting confidence in facilitating sessions and engaging with clients.
- Self-motivated and ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools, such as Pareo, within a 90-day timeframe from day one.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for occasional onsite event participation, particularly for client training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Adeptness in technical writing and a background in healthcare strongly preferred.
- LMS Systems experience, Skyprep knowledge highly preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in payment integrity, revenue cycle management, or related fields within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Certification in Training and Development (CPLP), (CPTM), (CID) is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, create, and deploy training courses on ClarisHealth’s proprietary software system
- Conduct training needs assessment by collecting information on work procedures, workflow, and reports, understanding job-specific functions and tasks.
- Determine system utilization requirements through research and testing.
- Design training manuals and job aids, identify, and describe information needs, submit initial versions for review, and revise final copy.
- Support instructors with on-site, remote, and market-based events
- Coordinate logistics and support for on-site and remote training events
- Project Management: Develop and communicate project plans, track timelines, resources, and deliverables, prepare and deliver progress reports, escalate dependencies, barriers, and risks proactively
- Develop technical job aids, facilitator guides, participant guides, and other training documentation, with strong technical writing skills preferred
- Adhere to ClarisHealth’s brand guidelines and ensure the quality and consistency of all training content.
- Administration of ClarisHealth’s Learning Management System.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of instructional design learning models and principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to determine the scope, requirements, and timeline for a given project/course.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to review course output and incorporate feedback for alpha, beta, and final versions of each course.
- Research and recommend educational best practices, instructional resources, technologies, and multimedia hardware/software to support teaching and learning.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of curriculum to determine refinement opportunities
